When you fill in the contact form on our website, we will receive an e-mail. We use the data that you submitted to contact you in the correct way. The contact form itself is not stored.

To filter submissions from our contact forms for spam, we use a spam fighting service which checks your message, your email address and your IP address for spam and temporarily stores this data on secure servers in the EU and the US. This Cloud Storage Service has chosen to adhere to the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Code of Conduct for GDPR Compliance and describes its data protection practices and compliance with the Code of Conduct in a Privacy Level Agreement that is publicly available on the CSA website.  The privacy policy of our cloud storage services can be provided upon request.

Web hosting: The Domaine de la Bade website is hosted by a renown web hosting service. This service guarantees that your data, including transfers of your data from the European Economic Area to a third country, meets with compliance under applicable data privacy laws. The privacy policy of our web hosting services can be provided upon request. Customer data: If you are a customer with us, we share contact data like presenter names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and presentation materials only upon your request with third party suppliers selected and approved by you as a customer.  This data is needed to ensure a smooth collaboration and for event production purposes.

Besides these third party suppliers, only Domaine de la Bade uses your data.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. An automated data breach system looks out for Domaine de la Bade’s data and provides a notification as soon as any of our logins are compromised, so we can take immediate action (change password, remote sign out of devices, web sessions and apps).
