What to DO, SEE & EAT

Domaine de la Bade is a little paradise for parents with kids; no busy roads, alarm secured swimming pool and plenty of room to run and be happy! The swimming pool, the trampolines and browsing the fields are the favorite pastimes of our youngest guests. This is also an ideal destination for families with teens. Lots of space to explore, super fast WiFi and in high season there are almost always other teens around. While the parents enjoy the good French life at the domaine, the teens can join each other for a swim, a game of jeu de boule or table tennis and hang out around the Slackline! Occitanie has a terrific diversity of places to see, explore and experience for children and families. From water parks to canoeing, from castles to vultures, from Art to tree climbing…But also rafting, canyoning, horse back riding, sailing, surfing or even a try out lesson kite surfing! Whatever your budget and your children’s desires there should be something to suit you and your kids and teens.

Knights and Princesses

For dashing knights in shining armour and darling damsel princesses, a trip to the fairytale-like turrets of the medieval Cite in Carcassonne is a must! During summer you attend a spectacle with horses and knights, or you can purchase plastic swords and armor and have your own battles between the ramparts.
Teleski Nautique Bram

Attention dare devils

Great teleski and paddle boarding. A place to swim, great for dog walking around the lake and a chilled out café for coffees, ice cream or meals! What more could you ask for. The staff are friendly and efficient, great music. We love it here!

Gouffre Géant de Cabrespine

Going Underground

You don’t have to go far for your kids to have the time of their life. 14 hectares of fields, forests and grounds to explore. Multiple trampolines, the swings and the pool to check-out. There is plenty to see and do to keep your kids occupied without leaving the premises, so you can enjoy some relaxing time too!

Safari Park Sigean

We are going on a Safari !

Drive around the rhinos, antelopes, lions, gnus and asian brown bears. Then walk around the elephants, giraffes, chimps, alligators and cheetas. Lots of things to see to fill a day and get the kids tired.

Aquaviva

Water warriors

Inspired by bthe TV-show "Total Wipeout", the Parc Aquaviva is a fantastic aquatic park close to Carcassonne on the Lac de Cavayère. You will find slides, trampolines, and others water activities. Excitement and water pleasure guaranteed.

Tournoi de Chevalerie

Knight's tournament

One of the most popular excursions for our youngest guests. A spectacular show with knights and horses for the whole family combines jousting, ground combat and games. This explosive, fifty-minute blend of combat, stunts and pyrotechnics will thrill young and old alike.
