Domaine de la Bade is a small-scale holiday paradise with six spacious holiday homes offering plenty of privacy. Gîte Malepère "Bas" is located mainly on the ground floor of Maison Malepère, which houses two of the six gîtes. Here you will stay in one of these exclusive accommodations, beautifully situated on a hilltop with spectacular views over the Malepère wine region and the Carcassonne valley. This spacious gîte combines authentic French charm with modern comfort. Thanks to the generous layout, you will immediately feel at home. On the ground floor, you will find the charming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, and the master bedroom. The second bedroom, with three full-size beds, is located at the rear on the first floor. This makes the house perfect for families of up to 5 people. Through the large panoramic terrace doors, you can step outside to your private terrace with barbecue. Enjoy long summer evenings with a good glass of wine while the starry sky unfolds above you.

King Size box spring beds in every room! We can also arrange single beds in the rooms.
RATES 2026
– The rates are including bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and WiFi. Tourist tax and service charges are excluded.
– Rates are based on max. 5 persons occupancy. Up to 1 additional guests can be accommodated. The price per additional guest is € 125,- per week. Baby cots can be booked free of charge.
– Gîtes are rented out from Saturday till Saturday.
– In low and mid season, alternative arrival days and flexible length of stay are sometimes possible.
